Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall quality of service for assigned accounts/clients.
• Operational KPIs: labor efficiency, shift completion, retention, daily sales outstanding, AR over 90 days.
• Develop officers and Supervisors; provide training, coaching and scheduling support.
• Collaborate with the Director on hiring, onboarding and performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, service quality and efficiency.
• Oversee officer development and performance management.
• Ensure shifts are filled at least one month in advance; review time-off requests.
• Facilitate weekly Coordinator meetings with Branch Supervisors to review scorecards and priorities.
