The Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking an Operations Analyst II to support the Office of Public Benefits Integrity (OPBI) in Benefit Investigation work. This is a full‑time, on‑site position across ESS initiatives, with a 40‑hour work week in a state government setting.

The role focuses on handling casework, managing correspondence, tracking reports, and assisting in fraud investigations to recover funds lost to waste, fraud, or abuse.

Qualifications

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
• A valid state-issued Driver's License will be requested.
• PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WITH Florida System

Responsabilités

• Manage and track external email correspondence.
• Manage and track faxes.
• Conduct interviews or assist with case completion.
• Manage and track notices.
• Manage all monthly tracking reports.
• Receive and track incoming calls.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and an ability to work independently with minimum supervision is required.
• A good attendance record is essential for any individual in this position as the work involved occurs daily and is time critical.
