Job summary

Goldbelt Apex LLC is seeking a full-time Office Assistant III to support NCCDPHP divisions within the CDC framework. The role focuses on day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to enable CDC staff to focus on reducing chronic diseases.

The position requires coordinating travel, meetings, and logistics, with strong emphasis on SharePoint usage, documentation, and process adherence. This on-site role supports a federal agency environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years’ related experience.
  • 2+ years in team lead, lead administrative, or project coordination roles.
  • Experience supporting high level executives in Federal Agency.
  • Non-remote position; must report to campus daily.
  • Experience using SharePoint.
  • Experience in-processing/onboarding employees.

Responsibilities

  • Support Contract Program Manager by identifying risks and escalating issues.
  • Provide guidance and day-to-day direction to team members.
  • Function as the point of contact for day-to-day operational services.
  • Manage office supplies, mail, equipment, and general admin support.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics; set up virtual platforms.
  • Prepare meeting materials and take notes; distribute action items.
  • Process travel orders and reimbursements; support CDC travel needs.
  • Maintain SharePoint folders and ensure data accuracy.
