Job summary

Unify Health Services in Tomahawk, WI is seeking an Athletic Trainer, PTA, or Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide on-site occupational health services in an industrial setting, focusing on injury prevention, ergonomics, and post-injury support.

This hands-on role suits licensed clinicians who prefer field work over a traditional clinic, with full-time hours Monday-Thursday 8:00–6:30, on-site work, and benefits such as health coverage, 401K, PTO and 11 holidays, steel-toe shoe

Qualifications

• Valid licensure in the state of employment is required.
• Current BLS and CPR certifications required.
• Experience in outpatient clinical settings and musculoskeletal education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site injury prevention and occupational health services
• Conduct POETs and PATs
• Perform ergonomic assessments and physical demand analyses
• Provide job coaching, stretching, posture, and safe work technique education
• Support return-to-work and transitional duty programs
• Document services and track outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with supervisors, safety teams, and management
