Job summary
Business Health Solutions is hiring an Occupational Health Nurse to manage on-site health programs for client host organizations in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will provide clinical services, health assessments, and case management, contributing to safer, healthier workplaces and compliant health surveillance.
The role requires a Wisconsin RN license, BLS, and 3–5 years ER/ICU experience with 2–5 years in occupational health.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Wisconsin.
- BLS Certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent desirable.
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing is desirable.
- 3–5 years of nursing experience in ER or ICU; 2–5 years of occupational health nursing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nursing assessments and interventions within the scope of practice.
- Evaluate employees with work-related injuries and illnesses for fitness for duty.
- Provide first aid and triage for on-site employees and contractors.
- Deliver return-to-work clearances and organize medical surveillance as needed.
- Collaborate with client staff and site leadership on health programs and policy.
