Job summary

Statlab in Arlington, TX is seeking a Production Lead to coordinate daily production activities and supervise the production staff. This role ensures production goals are met, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized facility and adheres to 5S and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in frontline leadership within an Injection/Blow molding environment, strong ERP skills (Epicor), and proven ability to manage schedules, train staff, and troubleshoot production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years’ frontline leadership in Injection/Blow molding manufacturing.
• Ability to review accuracy and completeness of documents.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willingness to learn ERP systems such as Epicor.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and time management.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Effective public speaking with coworkers and vendors.
• Strong math and data interpretation for production metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities of assigned staff.
• Ensure production goals and objectives are met timely and efficiently.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety, quality standards and clean, organized work areas.
• Train and mentor staff in equipment and processes.
• Manage production schedules and shop floor workflows in Epicor.
• Enforce policies consistently and manage inventory levels.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve promptly.
• Commit to safety when using equipment.
• Oversee shift startup, handovers, and end-of-day duties.
• Ensure routine quality checks and 5S audits.
