Akima Data Management (ADM) in San Antonio seeks a System Administrator to support IT infrastructure, secure data handling, and server management on-site. Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information science, or related field (15 semesters minimum).
• Minimum 1 current IT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• 5+ years in desktop support, database management, and network management.
• Maintain DoD 8570 IAT Level II and related certifications.
• Eligible for Secret Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide desktop support to organizational users for all IT equipment.
• Ensure OS and domain compatibility using government software.
• Analyze and fix IM/IT issues; deploy software on-site or remotely.
• Manage AD, data storage, and access controls; perform backups and DR.
• Configure security settings and assist users with network performance problems.
• Document procedures and support office/production software.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other IT staff.
