Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network System Administrator to support mission-critical government IT infrastructure at Fort Rucker, AL.

The role focuses on maintaining, securing, and optimizing enterprise network and server environments while ensuring availability and security. The position requires 4+ years in network or systems administration, an active Secret clearance, and DoD 8570 IAT Level II certifications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in network or systems administration.
• Experience with enterprise network/server infrastructure in secure environments.
• Active Secret Clearance required and DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security, GSEC, GICSP, CND, or SSCP).

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise network and server environments daily.
• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain system software and infrastructure components.
• Troubleshoot network performance issues and implement effective solutions.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and hardware deployments.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery, backup, restore, and security plans.
