4+ years managing enterprise network environments with 24x7 uptime.
Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
Experience in Professional Services or IT consulting preferred; industry certs preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in day-to-day network operations and administration.
Collaborate on design, implementation, and light solution architecture.
Develop and document network solutions per project requirements and established standards.
Configure, test, troubleshoot, and implement network solutions with supervision of senior team members.
Deliver customer presentations and interface with client IT contacts and third-party vendors.
Document operational processes to optimize support and management of deployed systems.
Travel to customer sites, work on-site, and respond to after-hours support needs.
Be proactive in identifying and fixing potential problem areas.
