Job summary

iTech US, Inc. in Parsippany, New Jersey is seeking a Software Engineer skilled in .NET/C#, SQL, and application support. You will participate in the full development lifecycle, from design to maintenance, and work closely with end users to resolve production issues.

The role requires hands-on coding, system analysis, and collaboration with multiple PAHub-related applications. Onsite work is required in New Jersey, with responsibilities spanning design, development, testing, and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with .NET/C# and SQL development.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work in our New Jersey office (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Assist in full development cycle from design to deployment and maintenance.
• Provide support to PAHub, Prompt PA, RXContinuum, and EPA applications and assist end users with production issues.
• Design and develop data models using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET) and MS SQL.
• Design and automate jobs, maintain scheduled jobs, and troubleshoot processes.
• Monitor performance metrics of PAHub and related systems and identify root causes.
• Document, test, implement, and provide ongoing technical support for PAHub.
• Compare monitoring metrics to identify bottlenecks and determine root causes.
• Other duties as assigned.
