Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Multi-process welding experience required.
• Ability to read technical documents and procedures.
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime and obtain equipment certifications.
• NCRC testing required for all hourly applicants; must meet minimum scores and upload with resume.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety standards (OSHA/MSHA) and PPE requirements.
• Perform welding using SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, and SAW.
• Repair and maintain equipment and structures.
• Interpret blueprints, job plans, and welding procedures.
• Prepare materials and perform quality weld inspections.
• Operate shop/field equipment (cranes, forklifts, cutting tools).
• Support rigging, preventive maintenance, and mechanical tasks.
• Work in elevated, confined, and outdoor environments.
• Complete required training, certifications, and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safe, efficient execution.
