Job summary

State of Oklahoma seeks an OCI Coordinator to oversee multiple manufacturing plants under Oklahoma Correctional Industries. You will drive production, quality and safety targets while coordinating logistics, budgeting and staffing to meet customer demand.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in agriculture or business administration and at least ten years in operations management, with supervisory experience. On-site, not eligible for remote work, with a focus on growth and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business administration or closely related field and ten years of experience in agriculture or manufacturing/industrial plant operations.
• At least four years in progressively responsible supervisory or administrative roles within plant/operations management or agricultural management.
• Master’s degree with ten years of progressively responsible experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage operations of multiple dispersed for-profit OCI plants.
• Oversee production, quality, safety, scheduling, and budget performance.
• Lead manufacturing, systems integration, inventory and supply chain activities.
• Manage transportation logistics and deployment of staff and products to meet demand.
• Develop and submit short- and long-range production plans; implement strategic plans.
• Collaborate with OCI product development and OCI/ODOC leadership teams; supervise department managers.
