Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Structural Designer with modular building experience to join our engineering team in Richmond, VA. The role focuses on Revit modeling and fabrication drawings for modular and prefabricated buildings.

You will coordinate with architectural, MEP, and fabrication teams, develop 3D models and shop drawings, and help maintain schedules and engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or detailing structural modular, prefabricated, or steel buildings.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and 3D structural modeling.
• Ability to read and interpret structural engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D structural models for modular and prefabricated buildings using Revit.
• Create structural layouts, framing plans, sections, details, and fabrication drawings.
• Coordinate structural components with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
