Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, or hands-on mechanical work.
• Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills along with the ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair devices.
• Provide high-quality, on-site repairs and excellent customer experience.
• Educate customers on available protection plans, accessories, and support options.
• Manage daily routes and inventory inside the mobile workspace.
