Job summary

Kendall Ford of Eugene is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to travel to customer locations and perform on-site vehicle maintenance with a fully equipped van. This role requires dependable, customer‑focused service and strong diagnostic skills.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform software updates and recalls, and provide clear estimates and invoices to customers while representing Kendall’s commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in automotive diagnostics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations (homes or offices) to perform on-site vehicle maintenance and repairs with a fully equipped mobile service van.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil and filter changes, battery replacements, fluid exchanges, tire rotations, software updates, recalls, brake services, and wiper replacements.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform warranty repairs, and complete recalls to manufacturer specifications.
• Handle software updates, diagnostic scanning, and accessory installations.
• Interact with clients to explain vehicle conditions, provide repair estimates, and deliver invoices.
