Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mobile Service Technician or a similar role.
• Strong ability to diagnose and repair automotive issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Collaborate with other technicians and dealership staff.
• Adaptable to changing schedules and environments.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to Ford specs.
• Interact professionally with guests and explain services.
• Document all services, parts used, and time.
• Ensure quality standards and conduct post-service inspections.
