Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in commercial cabinet installation work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manuals.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Required to have a smartphone.
• Must have own tools.
• Ability to work with a team or independently.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects (>50 lbs) and perform manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation of millwork products according to specifications and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation manuals.
• Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to complete work on time.
• Inspect installed products for functionality and quality; make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles; document installation activities.
