Job summary

Sunrise Services, Inc. is seeking Mental Health Clinicians for our Everett, WA location. This on-site role includes supervision toward licensure, a collaborative team environment, and growth opportunities within behavioral health services.

The position offers an initial pay scale of $25.00–$32.46 per hour, with benefits and a potential $7,000 client retention bonus. Clinicians provide outpatient services with supervision from the Clinical Director and a focus on recovery-oriented care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in counseling or a social science.
• LMHC/LMHCA licensure or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Team.
• Provide services using evidence-based practices and document care.
• Conduct intake, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate client treatment with prescribers and other care providers.
• Develop and revise treatment plans with client goals and outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and consultation by phone as needed.
• Ensure timely charting and regulatory-compliant documentation.
