Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree or higher in counseling or related social sciences.
• Experience: 2 years Mental Health experience; newly licensed considered.
• Licensure/Certifications: Fully licensed/Independent License (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
• Driver’s license and valid driving record; insurance.
• DSHS background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team providing outpatient mental health services.
• Provide clinical assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate with prescribers and other professionals for client care.
• Document charting and coding per regulatory requirements.
• Maintain licensing and certification requirements and reports.
