Langley Federal Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Contact Center Representative to work on-site at the City Center Contact Center in Newport News, VA. The role focuses on delivering sales and service experiences across voice, text, and video channels and assisting members through application processes to adopt Langley products and services.

You will resolve a wide range of service requests, perform consultative selling, and collaborate with Mortgage, Insurance, and Wealth Management teams.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in sales, service, and/or financial services.
• Sales & service experience in a financial institution’s contact center or branch strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and financial services tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to service requests including balance inquiries, transfers, and payments.
• Resolves requests with first-call resolution via CRM.
• Documents interactions in the CRM and maintains compliance.
• Provides product recommendations to improve member financial well‑being.
• Supports onboarding and adoption of Langley products.
