Job summary

You will ensure the print queue stays within one business day, perform basic maintenance, assist with quality control to prevent unauthorized disclosure, and train colleagues as needed in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Experience with Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Print and package paper records for delivery, ensuring the print queue is maintained within 1 business day.
• Burn images/records to CD and package for delivery, ensuring queue is maintained within 2 business days.
• Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of machinery and applications, including opening tickets as needed.
• Complete quality control steps to prevent unauthorized disclosure and ensure proper delivery.
• Support other queues in Central Operations as needed and assist in training colleagues.
