Job summary

WorldClinic, Inc is seeking a proactive Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site Medic) to support safety and well-being of jobsite workers in Fort Stockton, TX. The role includes injury prevention, on-site medical support, and coordination with clinical teams.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, first aid, case management, and on-site facility upkeep. Requires BLS/CPR/First Aid, EMT preferred, and a valid driver’s license for field work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS, CPR, First Aid certifications required; EMT/NREMT preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to walk the jobsite up to 5 hours daily; able to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Adaptability to fast-paced, independent work environments.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and administer first aid under provider direction.
• Support case management through patient follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination.
• Document patient interactions and care in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Maintain a clean, organized on-site medical facility with stocked supplies.
• Collaborate with jobsite safety teams on orientations, trainings, and assignments.
