Job summary

JobSiteCare Inc. Monahans, Texas is seeking a Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site EMT/Medic) to support jobsite health, injury prevention, and on-site medical care. This role operates from Fort Stockton, TX with day shifts and a 7a-5p schedule.

The candidate will conduct patient assessments, manage cases with referrals and coordinate care with clinical teams. A valid driver’s license and EMT/CPR/BLS certifications are preferred, with a 23 USD hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS, CPR, and First Aid certified; EMT/NREMT preferred.
• 3–4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to walk jobsite up to 5 hours daily.
• Employees eligible for bonus and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, provide first aid, and deliver guided treatment under provider direction.
• Manage case follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination.
• Foster trust with patients, on-site staff, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care.
• Provide psychosocial support using a peer model for site personnel.
• Lead injury prevention initiatives, including stretch and flex programs and ergonomic coaching.
• Document patient interactions in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Keep on-site medical facility clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Collaborate with jobsite safety teams during orientations and trainings.
