Job summary

Kiefer Sage is seeking a Mechanical Customer Service Technician I to support customers and service partners for Martcart and Spraymaster products. The role emphasizes strong customer service, communication, and technical skills to troubleshoot issues, process parts orders, and authorize warranty work.

Based on experience, you may travel to service sites; the on-site position reports to the Customer Experience Tech Manager and participates in a collaborative team focused on timely service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers while maintaining professionalism.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Martcart and Spraymaster products.
• Approve and process warranty and parts requests with accuracy.
• Maintain service records and documentation for department.
