Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years mechanical construction experience with 3+ years supervisory.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and codes.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and shop drawings.
• Proficiency with scheduling and field/project management software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• OSHA 30-hour construction certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily mechanical field operations.
• Coordinate sequencing and installation of mechanical systems with other trades.
• Enforce compliance with drawings, specs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Manage material deliveries, staging, and equipment logistics.
