Job summary

ITW's MTS Systems Internship Program invites rising juniors and seniors to work on real-world projects at our Eden Prairie, MN site. Interns join a collaborative team, work with a manager and mentor, and present their project to business leaders at the end of the summer.

The program offers networking events, professional development sessions, and opportunities across ITW divisions. This is a paid, on-site internship with flexible start/end dates designed to fit student schedules.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• 3.0 GPA or above.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Leadership and teamwork capabilities required (extracurricular, academic, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Must be able to work onsite at our Eden Prairie, MN location.
• Previous relevant internship experience preferred.
