Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently a Junior or Senior enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Ocean Engineering.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar software is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering department by conducting research and preparing technical documentation.
• Perform general office tasks with high attention to detail, including organizing reports and maintaining engineering records.
• Develop and review system diagrams to ensure compliance with vessel specifications and regulatory standards.
• Conduct basic engineering calculations for system performance and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and other personnel to support various projects.
