Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM) is seeking a Materials Manager (Warehouse & Logistics) for our Jacksonville, FL office. Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, business or related discipline.
• 4+ years of inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Experience designing, implementing lean warehouse and replenishment systems (kanban).
• Hands-on leader directing daily warehouse and material flow activities with accountability.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems for inventory planning (SAP, Oracle, Infor Syteline preferred).
• Certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control and accuracy over all inventories, including material transactions and receiving activities.
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure components are delivered to support production.
• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, storage, and delivery to point of use.
• Establish methods and best practices for inventory control, material flow, and warehouse processes.
• Support production scheduling by monitoring material availability and tracking progress.
• Coordinate with Quality Manager to monitor supplier scorecard performance and vendor returns.
• Ensure inventory counts accuracy via an inventory control system and corrective action.
• Collaborate with operations on cross-functional decisions.
• Maintain a safe work environment aligning with EH&S regulations.
