Job summary

Qualifications

• Materials Mgmt Specialist, II: Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines OR 4 years supply chain experience.
• Materials Mgmt Specialist Sr: 5+ years related experience OR 7+ years if no degree; energy sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor suppliers and communicate material shortages to customers.
• Analyze and schedule warehouse jobs for timely picks.
• Support EDC transportation and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet material needs and compliance.
• Backstop other EDC roles and ensure data accuracy in warehousing systems.
