Qualificações

• Enrolled in college or university with accredited degree program in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Attention to detail and highly organized with good time management skills
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with ability to proofread
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and participate
• Able to quickly learn and process information, take direction, follow tasks through to completion, and work in deadline-driven and team environment
• Proficient use of Microsoft suite of applications
• Flexible to work up to 40 hours per week or more as required
• Reliable transportation and able to travel as requested

Responsabilidades

• Assist business unit marketing team to support marketing activities and develop business development proposals, presentations, research, and marketing materials
• Conduct research and update marketing databases across multiple system platforms, including sales and client data
• Graphic production and content development of marketing materials, digital asset management, and social media marketing
• Maintain brand standards across marketing materials
• Provide supervisor with periodic status or progress reports
• Maintain professionalism with company employees, clients, and vendors
• Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned
