Job summary

ASI Signage Innovations in St. Louis, MO seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead our on-site manufacturing facility.

You will own master production scheduling, materials and inventory control, quality, safety, and daily operations, while coaching a diverse team to high performance. Collaborating with Project Management, Design & Planning, Sales, Installation and Accounting, you will drive on-time delivery, optimize workflows, and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in manufacturing/operations or related field.
• 3–5 years of direct leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, capacity planning, workflow, purchasing, inventory.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP, MRP, or similar systems.
• Ability to set expectations and develop teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the St. Louis facility and coach production personnel.
• Own the master production schedule and coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and priorities.
• Maintain accurate production, scheduling, and inventory data in CRM/ERP systems.
• Oversee materials purchasing, inventory control, and vendor commitments.
• Coordinate fabrication, CNC routing, digital printing, finishing, assembly, and ADA signage production.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specs, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Design & Planning, Sales, Installation, and Accounting to resolve issues.
• Plan labor requirements and monitor productivity and overtime.
• Manage budgets, KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
