Job summary

ASI Signage Innovations, a builder of architectural signage, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee the St. Louis facility with a hands-on leadership style.

You will direct production, scheduling, and workflow, ensuring accurate data across systems and strong cross-functional coordination to meet project commitments. You will drive continuous improvement, mentor staff, and manage materials, inventory, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of manufacturing/operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing complex, project-based production workflows.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP or manufacturing-management systems.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the St. Louis facility and supervise production staff.
• Own master production schedule and coordinate labor, materials, and priorities.
• Monitor project status, identify bottlenecks, and communicate risks early.
• Maintain accurate data in Mothernode i2 and other platforms.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor commitments to reduce waste.
• Coordinate fabrication, finishing, and installation activities across teams.
• Develop KPIs and drive on-time completion and quality improvements.
