Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in production or maintenance, TPM environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize production disruptions.
• Participate in TPM activities including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Adhere to safety protocols and collaborate with production teams and engineers.
