Job summary

Artivion, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician for its Austin facility to maintain and optimize production equipment, applying TPM practices to minimize downtime and boost productivity.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across CNC and other machinery and document activities. Qualifications include strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, familiarity with TPM, and proficiency with maintenance software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in production or maintenance, TPM preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting; able to document maintenance per GMP.
• English reading/writing/speaking skills; basic math; MS Office and email competency.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize production disruptions.
• Participate in TPM activities: cleaning, lubrication, minor repairs; escalate as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and document outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
