Live Bryten is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for Bear Canyon Apartments in Tucson, AZ. This on-site role involves repairs, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of the property to ensure safe, comfortable living environments for residents.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, turning vacant units, and conducting safety inspections while adhering to company policies and safety standards. On-call rotations and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment/facilities maintenance preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred; other certifications are a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and systems.
• Complete service requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments with make-ready and turn processes.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, amenities, and equipment for safety and maintenance needs.
• Assist with on-call maintenance emergencies and rotate on-call duties as required.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and inventory.
