Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Legacy at Signal Hills in West St. Paul, MN. You will maintain the property’s appearance and systems to ensure a quality living experience for residents, handling repairs, preventative maintenance, and unit turnover.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in maintenance, with basic electrical, plumbing, and painting skills. HVAC and EPA experience, plus a CPO certification, are preferred, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on‑call duties (trip stipend provided if called back after hours).
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
