Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Legacy Commons at Signal Hills, a 247-unit apartment community in West St. Paul, MN. You will help maintain the property's appearance and functionality to deliver a quality living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include monitoring repairs, completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting in preparing vacant units. On-call duties may apply; a trip stipend is provided if called back after hours.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Legacy Commons at Signal Hills, a 247-unit apartment community in West St. Paul, MN.

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.

Pay Rate

$21-$25/hour + 5% bonus potential
