Job summary

Boyd Corporation's Allenton, Wisconsin maintenance team is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled maintenance across electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley) and collaborate with peers to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

You will follow safety and quality procedures, read and interpret shop paperwork, and contribute to a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic repair.
• Knowledge of PLCs and programming concepts.
• Ability to read and analyze general shop paperwork.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of maintenance tasks on structures, electrical systems, heating, plumbing, machines, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• May supervise lower classifications and assign work as needed.
• Troubleshoot and program PLCs (Allen-Bradley) and evaluate PLCs.
• Maintain safety and OSHA guidelines and follow QMS requirements.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and perform other duties as assigned.
