Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repair across multiple trades.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance in facilities.
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings across trades.
• Replace electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Patch holes and cracks, repair sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Paint structures and equipment; repair concrete floors, steps and sidewalks.
• Replace damaged panels, doors, and windowpanes; perform equipment maintenance.
