Job summary

The Collier Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team on-site in Ocala, FL. You will support the maintenance team in ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet our established standards and respond to work orders with a customer-service attitude.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of maintenance experience, basic tools, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. EPA certification is a plus; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance technician for at least 1 year preferred.
• Strong work ethic and an eager-to-learn attitude.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights/weekends and emergency-on-call rotation.
• Must have basic tools and a valid in-state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance team to ensure properties meet established standards.
• Repair and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structure and appliances as needed.
