Pfit Global Solution is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Pensacola, FL. You will perform routine inspections, repair and maintain residential and commercial properties, and complete work orders with a focus on safety and quality.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, coordinate with property management and vendors, keep detailed maintenance records, and assist with minor renovations while upholding regulatory standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Experience with building systems and property assets is a plus.
• Ability to read work orders, manuals and technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine inspections and complete work orders for residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues to minimize downtime.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
