Alliance Industrial Solutions in Euclid, Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production moving by maintaining electrical and mechanical systems on-site. You will support the maintenance department and ensure safe, efficient operation of plant equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, maintenance experience in manufacturing, and knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. On-site 1st and 3rd shifts with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or GED preferred.
• Maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, attention-to-detail, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting routine maintenance on production and plant machinery to help prevent breakdowns.
• Performing hydraulic and pneumatic repairs to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Maintaining plant electrical equipment for safe and reliable operation.
• Testing equipment and assisting with diagnosing issues and engineering solutions.
• Installing and setting up new production equipment while documenting maintenance activities, parts, and repairs.
