Roundhouse is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Village at Westmeadow in Colorado Springs to perform hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool systems. Competitive pay, bonus potential, and on-site perks accompany a health plan and 401(k) match.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of general maintenance and repair experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems.

Responsabilidades

• Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool and spa systems.
• Respond quickly to work orders and see each one through to a high-quality finish.
• Walk the property to catch issues early and keep it compliant with safety and health codes.
• Keep grounds, building exteriors, and common areas clean, functional, and looking sharp.
• Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks, approve purchases, and coordinate vendors.
• Keep work orders current in maintenance software, including materials, hours, and completion status.
• Take your turn in the after-hours emergency on-call rotation and help with snow and ice removal.
• Follow all safety procedures in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, OSHA standards, and on-equipment labels.
