Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry.
• Respond to work orders and complete with quality finish.
• Follow safety codes and company SOPs.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool systems.
• Respond quickly to work orders and finish to a high quality.
• Walk property to catch issues early and ensure safety compliance.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and functional.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on tasks and purchases.
• Log materials, hours, and status in maintenance software.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and snow removal.
• Follow safety procedures in handbook and OSHA standards.
