Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Ormond Beach property. You will own the role, supervise maintenance tasks, and deliver strong resident service while coordinating preventative maintenance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role or desire to move into supervision.
• Experience with pool maintenance, grounds, appliances.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with excellent customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance: pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Maintain a clean work area and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company.
