Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. in Prattville, AL is seeking a Maintenance Shift Supervisor to run a maintenance crew on a new plant floor. You will own safety, quality, and environmental results for the shift and drive a move toward preventive work.

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance supervision in manufacturing, with strong troubleshooting skills and experience in CMMS/ERP systems. Relocation is available and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

5+ years leading or supervising maintenance in manufacturing.
ERP-based CMMS experience required.
Food, beverage or CPG experience preferred; others considered.

Responsibilities

Supervise a shift of maintenance technicians and own safety, quality, food safety, and environmental results.
Distribute work orders at day start and ensure completion.
Lead shift handoffs and participate in production tier meetings.
Coordinate with planning on backlog, priorities, and staffing.
Manage quality, time, cost, and completeness of jobs.
Shift from reactive repairs to planned and preventive work.
Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
Close work orders in CMMS with cause, action, and parts.
Develop technicians through coaching and regular one-on-ones.
Support OEE and continuous improvement on assigned equipment.
