Job summary

You will participate in safety training and on-the-job instruction, while performing assigned tasks, maintaining tools, and assisting with repairs. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems within a field operations environment.

Qualifications

• Reading Comprehension – Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skillset.
• Patrol and monitor work areas and examine tools and equipment in order to detect unsafe conditions or violations of procedures or safety rules.
• Examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs.
• Requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, and replacement parts.
• Attending training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use.
• Communicating with Supervisors, & Peers – Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Getting Information – Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
