Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential construction supervision experience.
• Thorough knowledge of trades and building processes.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Inspect ongoing and completed jobs for quality and compliance.
• Support and supervise construction team and subcontractors.
• Schedule subcontractors and oversee building inspections.
• Obtain permits and order required materials.
• Maintain a safe, healthy jobsite and support customer care.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth homebuyer process.
