Job summary

Water’s Edge Counseling Services in northwest Arkansas seeks a full-time Licensed Professional Counselor to join our Rogers/Siloam Springs on-site team. You will provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches, tailoring care to each client’s goals.

Responsibilities include intake assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting clinical notes promptly, and coordinating care with other providers.

Qualifications

• Active state LPC license or eligibility in Arkansas.
• Experience with individual, couples, and family counseling including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Evidence-based modalities: CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness.
• Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills for safe therapeutic relationships.
• Proficient in clinical documentation, case management, and use of EHR systems.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in supervision as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and develop initial treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Document clinical notes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate care with other providers as appropriate.
• Participate in case consultations, ongoing training, and supervision.
• Maintain licensure and adhere to professional codes of conduct.
