Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of practical experience in low voltage electrical work.
  • HVAC system knowledge and troubleshooting experience preferred.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair low voltage electrical systems per codes and specs.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance for energy efficiency.
  • Diagnose malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Repair or replace defective parts with hand and power tools.
  • Conduct performance tests and adjustments to meet requirements.
  • Keep records of maintenance, parts, labor hours, and work performed.
  • Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects.
  • Stay updated on industry practices, regulations and safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns.
